Objective
Development and training of the students regarding the design of experiments with various species of domestic animals, as well as in the analysis of the most common experiments with the use of statistical software in general for analysis of the data.

Content
1. The Scientific research. 2. Simple Experiments. 3. Analysis of variance. 4. Test of comparison of means. 5. The factorial structure of the treatments. 6. Most commonly used experimental designs with animals. 7. Correlation and simple linear regression. 8. Alternative Designs. 9. Experiments involving repeated measures successively in the same experimental unit. 10. Assumptions of the analysis of variance. 11. Planning and analysis of experiments with poultry, pigs, horses, beef and dairy cattle. 12. Planning and analysis of experiments with forage and pasture. The grazing experiments.
