Objective
Enhance the basic knowledge of plant physiology and plant ecophysiology and establish associations of
this knowledge with the cultures of great economic importance. Characterize the main agrochemicals
and its relevance to agricultural crops, whose physiology is studied.

Part I - Basics of Plant Physiology: Water relations; Mineral Nutrition; Photosynthesis; Respiration and
Plant growth development. Part II - Special physiological approaches: Vegetative Biology; Perennial and
Deciduous behaviour; Plant reproduction; Pollination Biology; Flowering and fruictification; Source-Sink
Relations; Factors of Plant Productivity; Technologies for Production Increases; Agrochemical oh high
Environmental Impact (insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and nitrogen); Agrochemical Low
Environmental Impact (bioregulators, biostimulants, bioactivators and tonic effect) . Part III - crop
physiology: Large Field Crops; Fruit Tree Physiology; Vegetable Physiology; Physiology of Stimulants
Plants; Physiology of Extarctive Plants; Physiology of Forage Plants; Physiology of Crop Protection.
