Ecology and taxonomy of prokaryotes; Morphology and metabolism; Bacterial genetics; Diagnosis of bacterioses; Main genera and groups of phytopathogenic bacteria; Host-pathogen interaction; Host-pathogen relations cycle; Epidemiology and management.
