Objective
To present and discuss the use of residues of organic origin (agricultural and agroindustrial productive
systems) in agricultural crops, focusing on the preservation of natural resources (water, soil and plant).
Phytoremediation potential in the mitigation process of imbalances / pollutants of soils, waste receptors.
Content
1. Agricultural reuse in Brazil and in the World - local experiences. 2. Characteristics of Organic Waste -
Impacts in the Physical Environment. 3. Types of wastewater and forms of reuse. 4. Characterization of
water pollution: physical, chemical and biological parameters. 5. Potential soil salinity and sodicity,
toxicity and nutritional imbalance of plants, disease transmission and clogging of emitters. 6.
Wastewater application techniques in agriculture. 7. Biodigesters and Composting. 8. Phytoremediation.
9. Integration of agricultural activities of animal and vegetable production. 10. Reuse management -
legislation, guidelines and strategies.
