Objective
Provide reflection and analysis on teaching practice and research in the field of Agricultural Systems Engineering. The purpose is to provide skills to teach disciplines, courses, lectures, write and evaluate scientific texts and use different media and strategies according to the place in which presentations are made.

Content
The discipline composed of two parts 1) Pedagogical preparation: in which contents of the theories of teaching and learning are presented, strategies for learning are discussed, techniques for preparing discipline and lesson planning, the process and methodologies for assessment are presented, critical analysis of didactic activities using as reference those already established within the undergraduate disciplines in Agricultural Systems Engineering is made. 2) Scientific methodology: philosophy and history of scientific thought, scientific writing and publication, tools for bibliographic searches, techniques for submitting and presenting scientific papers.
