Objective
Develop the ability of graduate students to prepare different academic documents (projects, reports, qualifications, Dissertations, Theses and scientific articles) as well as oral presentation of seminars. To enable them to perform critical analysis and interdisciplinary and integrative vision on current topics in the area of Food Science and Technology.

Content
Scientific Method. Writing and presentation techniques. Peer review. Variable content addressing important and innovative topics for training the graduate student on Food Science and Technology.

Books and scientific publications related to the topic addressed by the lecturers in the lectures within each topic.
