Objective
Offer to graduate students the knowledge of the main chromatographic methods, to be able to select the appropriate technique according to the analysis.
Content
1) Chromatography History and Definition; 2) Areas of application; 3) Importance of the sample preparation step; 4) Types of Extraction; 5) Types of chromatography and classification; 6) Planar chromatography (paper and CCD); 7) open columns (solid phase extraction (SPE), Sephadex, LowBar, Flash); 8) liquid chromatography (instrumentation, fundamentals and applications); 9) gas chromatography (instrumentation, fundamentals and applications); 10) Case studies, news and applications.
