Arbusto ornamental da família Verbenaceae, da espécie Clerodendron fallax Lindl.
Nota 1 e 2: Desenvolve-se bem em climas tropicais, quentes e úmidos, tolerando certo sombreamento. Ele é ramificado e ereto. Suas folhas são largas, cordado-ovadas, provida de pelos, verde-escuras, dotadas de pecíolo peludo e robusto. As flores são vermelho-escarlate brilhante e numerosas. Multiplica-se por sementes ou mudas provenientes de ramos relativamente lenhosos.

Note 1 and 2: It develops well in hot and humid tropical climates, tolerating some shadowing. It is branchy and straight. Its leaves are large oval cordate and dark green with hair with hairy and thick petiole. Its flowers are numerous bright red escalate. It multiplies itself by seeds or stalks from relatively woody branches.
