Trepadeira da família da Araceae, da espécie Philodrendon selloum Koch. (P. sellowi Hort.).
Nota 1 e 2: Ela é tipicamente encontrada nas florestas do sul do Brasil e nas Missões paraguaias e argentinas. Ela é planta ornamental, radicante nos nós, espata um tanto cuspidada, de tubo verde interiormente, branco por fora. O fruto é baga ovoide, medindo 1 cm, que se consome em forma de geleias e compotas.
A climbing plant of the family Araceae, of the species Philodrendon selloum Koch. (P. sellowi Hort.).
Note 1 and 2: It is typically found in the south forests of Brazil and in the Paraguayan and Argentinean Missions. It is considered an ornamental plant, radicant leaf knots, cuspidal spadix, green interior cylinder and white in the exterior. Its fruit is a round berry with 1cm of length, which can be used to make jellies and canned sweets.
