Arbusto da família Solanaceae, da espécie Brugmansia suaveolens Bert. & Presl.
Nota 1 e 2: Ele é originário do México e muito difundido no Brasil. Ele é semi-lenhoso, grande, de 2-3 m de altura, com folhas grandes, alongadas e finas. As flores são grandes, pendentes, brancas, róseas ou amarelas, em forma de funil, com cinco dentes no cálice dilatado, formadas várias vezes no ano. Multiplica-se por sementes.

Note 1 and 2: It is from Mexico and highly widespread in Brazil. It is semi woody, tall of 2-3 m of height, with big, elongated and thin leaves. Its flowers are big, hanging, white, rose or yellow on the funnel shape with 5 teeth in the swollen calyx, flowering all around the year. Its multiplication is by seeds.
