NECTARINA
Fruto da família Rosaceae, da espécie Prunus persica var. Nucipersia Schneid (Prunus laevis DC.).
Nota 1 e 2: Trazida dos EUA para as regiões serranas brasileiras de inverno brando, tais como Atibaia, Jarinu, Bragança Paulista, SP. É uma mutação do pêssego comum. É menor, de polpa mais consistente, menos sucosa, mas exibe ótimo sabor e notável perfume.

Note 1 and 2: It was brought from the USA to the hilly Brazilian regions, which have mild winters, such as Atibaia, Jarinu and Bragança Paulista, in the state of São Paulo. It is a peach mutation. It is smaller, of a more consistent pulp and less juicy but has an excellent taste and a great perfume.
