Nota 1 e 2: Originário da França, pouco utilizado na vinicultura do Rio Grande do Sul. Ramos com superfície um pouco estriada, glabros, verde-escuros, com nós violáceos até a extremidade, contrastando com os entrenós.

A root-stock of the family Vitaceae, of the genus Vitis , resulted of the crossing of Vitis berlandireri x Vitis riparia.
Note 1 and 2: It is from France, but little widespread in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Its branches have a streched marked surface, glabrous, dark green color with violet knots until the extremity contrasting with the interknots.
