Nota 1 e 2: Originária da Cuba. Ela é alta de 9 a 12 cm, possui folhas longas de 2 a 3 m, de cor verde-brilhante, inflorescências grandes logo abaixo do palmito. Frutos globosos, pequenos e arroxeados. É largamente empregada como ornamental.

Note 1 and 2: It is from Cuba. It is tall plant with 9-12 cm and has long leaves of 2-3 cm, of bright green color and with high inflorescence just below the heart of the palm. It has rounded fruits, small and purplish ones. It’s widely used as ornamental.
