Trepadeira da família Compositae, da espécie Mikania cordifolia (Lf.) Willd.
Nota 1 e 2: Ela é encontrada em todo o país e é considerada uma erva daninha de pastagens, pomares e cafezais; Os seus maiores danos são causados em cafezais, onde seus ramos envolvem e cobrem totalmente as plantas, impedindo a ação de luz solar sobre as folhas; As suas flores são melíferas e seus ramos, folhas e flores, muito empregados na medicina caseira.
A creeper of the family Compositae, of the species Mikania cordifolia (Lf.) Willd.
Note 1 and 2: It is found in all country and it is considered a weed of pastures, orchards and coffee plantations; It causes biggest damage in coffee plantations, where its branches totally cover the plants, blocking the action of solar light on the leaves; Its flowers are melliferous and its branches, leaves and flowers are used in homemade medicine.
