ESTRELA-DE-OURO
Planta da família Compositae, da espécie Chrysantheumum segetum Moench.
Nota 1 e 2: Ela é originária da Europa, introduzida e cultivada nas regiões litorâneas do Brasil. Ela adapta-se bem aos terrenos silicosos da orla marítima. Pela abundância, pela intensidade da cor amarelo-ouro de suas flores e pela resistência aos ventos e ao sol, constitui um componente importante do embelezamento das áreas verdes do litoral.

Note 1 and 2: It is from Europe. It was introduced and cropped in the coast areas of Brazil. It adapts itself well to the seacoast silicic soils. Due to its abundance and intensity of golden yellow flowers and resistance to wind and sun, it is a very important component for the landscaping of the coast green areas.
