Nota 1 e 2: Nativo da China e do Japão. Possui folhas ornamentais, verde-acinzentadas com margens creme-amareladas. Ocorre também na variedade anã. Forma flores branco-creme e perfumadas. É cultivado isolado a pleno sol ou formando conjuntos em terra fértil. Devido ao crescimento lento, pode ser cultivado em vasos. Multiplica-se por alporque e estacas.
