ARROZ-BRAVO
Planta daninha perene da família Gramineae, espécie Leersia hexandra Sw.
Nota 1 e 2: Aquática infestando canais de irrigação e drenagem, beira de lagoas e represas e reiamente as lavouras de arroz irrigado. Muito semelhante em aparência ao cereal cultivado, hábito ereto, com 20-25 cm de altura, folhas estreitas e retas com textura áspera devido à grande concentração de sílica.

Note 1 and 2: It is aquatic, infesting irrigation channels and drainage, banks of ponds and dams and rarely the irrigated rice crops. It looks like the ultiated rice, straight, of 20-25 cm of height, narrow straight leaves whih have a coarse texture due to the high silic concentration.
