Nota 1 e 2: Ocorre no Acre e no Amazonas e na Bolívia e Peru. Suas flores possuem aroma forte e as sementes possuem endosperma leitoso e doce, apreciado pelos índios. O endosperma tem substituído o marfim, por ser mais fácil de trabalhar.
