Árvore da família Annonaceae, da espécie Annona geraensis Barb. Rodr. (Rollina geraensis Barb. Rodr.).
Nota 1 e 2: É brasileira, nativa dos campos mineiros, onde forma pequenas soqueiras. De tronco e ramagem tortuosos; folhas sésseis, largamente obtusas; flores amarelas, sépalas medindo 16 mm x 12 mm, vilosas exteriormente; pétalas exteriores medindo 5 cm x 4 cm, de coloração ocre, aveludadas. O fruto é comestível, do tamanho de um limão, muito aromático, de polpa branca e sementes pretas.

Note 1 and 2: It is Brazilian, native of the fields of Minas Gerais state, where small rations grow. Sessile leaves, largely obtuse, from the tortuous trunk and branches; yellow flowers, sepals with 16 mm x 12 mm, villous externally; external petals with 5 cm x 4 cm, of ochre coloration, velvety ones. The fruit is edible, with the size of lemon, very aromatic, of white pulp and black seeds.
