Arbusto da família Cupressaceae, da espécie Chamaecyparis pisifera (Siebold & Zucc.) Endl.
Nota 1 e 2: Ele é típico do Japão. Ele é de copa cônica, de origem hortícola, compacto, de 2-3 m de altura, de tronco marrom-avermelhado e folhagem decorativa, com ramos achatados. Suas folhas são lineares compridas, de extremidades parecidas com espinhos, azuladas, tornando-se bronzeadas no inverno.

Note 1 and 2: It is typical from Japan. It has a conical canopy, horticulture nature, and compact, reaching 2-3 m of height, reddish brown trunk and decorative foliage with flat branches. Its leaves are long and linear with blue extremities similar to thorns, which become tanned in the winter.
