SEDUM-VISTOSO
Planta ornamental da família Crassulaceae, da espécie Sedum spectabile Bor.
Nota 1 e 2: É originária do Japão e China. Ela é herbácea, suculenta, robusta, medindo de 30-60 cm de altura, com caule carnoso ereto e folhas coriáceas, espessas, verde-acinzentadas, em grupos de 2-3. Inflorescências vistosas, densas, planas, com numerosas flores rosa-avermelhadas. Multiplica-se separando as mudas formadas por brotações que surgem na base do caule, ou por estacas obtidas do caule e enraizadas no final do inverno.

Note 1 and 2: It is from Japan and China. It is herbaceous, juicy, strong, measuring 30-60 cm of height, with an erect fleshy stem and thick coriaceous grayish green leaves disposed in groups of 2-3. Its inflorescences are lively, thick, and flat with numerous reddish rose flowers. Its multiplication is by samplings made from sprouts, which come from the stalk base or by stakes obtained from the stalk and rooted at the end of the winter.
