RÁBANO-SELVAGEM
Planta da família Cruciferaceae, da espécia Armoracia rusticana Gaertn.
Nota 2: Ele é exigente em solo rico e profundo, porém tolerante ao clima, desde que não seja muito quente. Neste caso deve ser cultivado a sombra. Multiplica-se vegetativamente durante todo o ano, e uma vez estabelecidas, as plantas ficarão nas terras indefinidamente. É necessário impedir que se alastrem pela horta toda, e por isso é usado o método de plantio dentro de canais de escoamento. Suas raízes são usadas como tempero picante. Para este fim são raladas ao natural e umedecidas com vinagre ou, então, transformadas em molho misturado com azeite e vinagre ou, ainda, maçãs e creme de leite.

It will be necessary to prevent the plant from spreading through the entire garden, so it is used the method of plantation via outlets. Its roots are used as spicy seasoning. For this purpose, they are grated au natural and moistened with vinegar, or, then, transformed into a sauce mixed with olive oil and vinegar, or using apples and whipping cream.
