Planta leguminosa da família Leguminosae, da espécie Trifolium repens L.
Nota 1 e 2: Ela é originária da Europa e Ásia Setentrional e introduzida no Sul do Brasil. Ela é perene, rasteira, estolinífera. As folhas são grandes, pecioladas com folíolos obovais, com bordos denteados, com manchas brancas. As flores são brancas e róseas, com inflorescências em glomérulos. Utilizada tanto para o pastejo como para fenação ou silagem.

Note 1 and 2: It is from Europe and Northern Asia and introduced in the Southern regions of Brazil. It is perennial, crawling and stoloniferous. Its leaves are big, petiolate with oboval folicles, with teethed edges and with white stain. Its flowers are white and rose with inflorescences in glomerulos. It is used for pasture as for hay making or silage.
