Nota 1 e 2: Ela é muito consumida no sul dos EUA e pouco difundida no Brasil. A colheita é feita cortando-se todo o conjunto de folhas, desprezando-se o caule que as sustenta.

A green of the family Cruciferaceae (Brassicaceae), of the species Brassica oleraceae, of the variety fruticosa.
Note 1 and 2: It is highly consumed in the south of the US and little widespread in Brazil. Its harvest is done by cutting the leaf set aborting the stem, which sustains them.
