COUVE-RÁBANO
Hortaliça da família Cruciferaceae (Brassicaceae), da espécie Brassica oleraceae, da variedade gongyloides.
Nota 1 e 2: Ela é cultivada no Extremo Sul e Centro-sul do Brasil, principalmente por descendentes de alemães. Caracteriza-se por seu caule globular ao qual se prendem os pecíolos alongados de suas folhas, sendo aquele a parte comestível. A colheita inicia-se 50 a 55 dias após a semeadura, fazendo-se o corte bem rente ao solo.

Note 1 and 2: It is cropped in the Extreme South and South Central of Brazil mainly by German descendants. It is characterized by its globous stem, which the elongated petioles are attached to, being this the edible part. Its harvest occurs begins 50 to 55 days after the seedling and the cut is done very close to the ground.
