CRAVORANA
Planta daninha da família Compositae, da espécie Ambrosia polystachya DC. (A. maritime Vell.).
Nota 1 e 2: Ela é comum em Minas Gerais, São Paulo e estados vizinhos. Ela é subarbusto social que aparece nas taperas, terrenos frescos de cultura e nos limites de matas. Ela tem caule ereto, estriado e pubescente, atingindo altura de 1 a 2,5 m de altura. Ela é considerada aromática, servindo para repelir traças das roupas e é forrageira apetecida por bovinos e equinos, além de ser utilizada na medicina popular em banhos calmantes e diuréticos.

Note 1 and 2: It is commonly found in the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo and neighboring ones. A subshrub that appears in desert places, fresh crop fields and on the borders of woods. It has a straight, a splined pubescent stem, reaching from 1-2.5 m high. It is considered aromatic, used to repel moths and foraging well appreciated by cattle and horses. It is also used in home medicine for calming and diuretic baths.
