Nota 1 e 2: Ela é procedente do México. É herbácea, rizomatosa, de 20-30 cm de altura, com ramagem hirsuta, folhas ovaladas, dentadas e avermelhadas na face de baixo. Suas flores são vermelho-arroxeadas ou rosa, grandes, com tubo longo e corola expandida, formadas durante todo o verão. É resistente ao frio. Multiplica-se por rizomas durante o seu repouso no inverno.

Note 1 and 2: It is from Mexico. It is herbaceous, rhizomatous, of 20-30 cm of height, of a hirsute branching and oval, teethed red leaves on the inferior page. Its flowers are big and purplish red or pink, with a long tube and expanded corolla. It blossoms during the entire summer. It is resistant to low temperatures. It multiplies itself by rhizomes during its rest in winter.
