CAJU-DO-CAMPO
Arbusto da família Anacardiaceae, das espécies Anacardium humile St. Hill. (A. subterraneum Liais), Anacardium corymbosum Barb. Rod., Anacardium microcarpum Ducke., Anacardium pumilum St. Hil.
Nota 1 e 2: Ele é nativo dos cerrados e campos de São Paulo, Minas Gerais e Brasil Central. Ele é rasteiro, de caule subterrâneo e aéreo com até 40 cm de altura e lenhoso. O pseudofruto é vermelho, tem de 2-3 cm de comprimento, comestível, muito saboroso, acídulo.

Note 1 and 2: It is native of the fields and savannas of São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Central Brazil. It is creeping, of woody subterraneous and airy stems of 40 cm of height. Its pseudofruit is red wit 2-3 cm of length, edible, tasteful and sour.
