Porta-enxerto de videira resultante do cruzamento entre Ripária do Traviú e Vitis caribaea.
Nota 1 e 2: Ele vem sendo largamente usado no estado de São Paulo, mostrando boa afinidade com diversas espécies já testadas. Ele é vigoroso e tem perfeita adaptação às condições ambiente brasileiras. Seus ramos têm uma melhor hibernação e suas estacas apresentam bom índice de pegamento. Folhas com a face superior verde-escura e a inferior um pouco mais clara; nervuras primárias com leve pigmentação de antocianina; pelos simples, hialinos e bem curtos, além de esparsos pelos lanuginosos, em ambas as faces; lobos foliares pouco nítidos e base foliar bem fechada, com os bordos quase se sobrepondo. Brotos terminais bronzeados ou verde-bronzeados, com abundante indumento tanto simples como lanuginoso, ambos brancacentos. Caules adultos verde-amarelos e esporadicamente com estrias bronzeadas, cilíndricos, glabros e com pigmentação antociânica nos nós.

Note 1 and 2: It has been broadly used in the state of São Paulo, showing a great affinity with many species already tested. It is vigorous and it has a perfect adaptation to the Brazilian environment conditions. Its branches have a better hibernation and its stakes present a good fixation degree. Its leaves have a dark-green top surface and a bottom surface more transparent than the top one; they also have primary ribs with a slight pigmentation of antocyanin; simple, hyaline and very short bristles, and in addition to them, scattered and wooly bristles, in both surfaces; little clear foliar lobes and a well-closed foliar basis, with overlapping edges. The rootstock has terminal sprouts, which are tanned or have a dark-green colour, with an abundant clothing, which is simple or lanuginous, both whitish. Its adult stems are yellow-green and sporadically have tanned stretch marks, cylindrical, glabrous and they have an antocyanic pigmentation in the nodes.
