CANSANÇÃO-DE-LEITE
Arbusto da família Euphorbiaceae, da espécoe Jatropha urens Muell.Arg.(Hibiscus trisectus Bertol.; Cnidoscolus quinquelobolus Pohl.).
Nota 2: Ele é latescente e urticante; possui folhas alternas, longopecioladas, cordiformes, palmadas, de 3 a 5 lobos ou fendidas; flores hipocrateriformes, apétalas, formando cimeiras; fruto do tipo capsula trilocular, dotado de pelos urticantes e com três sementes. A seiva abundante na planta serve para destruir verrugas e para a limpeza de ulcerações, pois é cáustica e corrosiva, as folhas esmagadas também servem para esse fim.

Note 2: It is latescent and urticating; it has alternate, longpetiolated and cordiform leaves, which are palmate of 3-5 lobes or lobed; the flowers are hipocrateriform and have no petals, they form summits; the fruit is a trilocular capsule, which has three seeds and urticating piles. The sap, abundant in the plant, is used to destroy warts and to clean ulcerations, because of its caustic and corrosive properties; the smashed leaves have the same utilites. Vulgarization: spurge nettle, mala mujer.
