Planta da família Poaceae, da espécie Setaria anceps Stapf ex Massey, dos cultivares Nandi, Kazungula e Narok.
Nota 1 e 2: Ele é originário do Quenia e da África do Sul. Ele cresce cespitosamente, seus caules de porte ereto podem atingir mais de 2m de altura durante o florescimento. Os pastos podem ser formados por sementes ou mudas. Ele contém oxalatos e pode causar a morte de animais com baixo nível nutricional.

Note 1 and 2: It is native of Kenya and South Africa. It grows in a cespitose way. Its erect stalks can reach more than 2 m of height during the flourishing period. The pasture can be formed by seeds or by seedlings. The grass contains oxalates and it can lead some malnourished animals to death.
