Planta daninha perene prostrada, da família Compositae e , espécie Synedrellopsis grisebachii Hieron et Kuntze.
Nota 1 e 2: Originária do norte da Argentina, Paraguai, Bolívia e região Amazônica peruana, apresentando considerável desenvolvimento vegetativo e grande habilidade competitiva, dominando com facilidade a gramínea forrageira, principalmente se mal manejada. Muito freqüente nas pastagens da região centro-sul do Brazil.

Note 1 and 2: It is from the northern region of Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia and Peruvian Amazonia. It is very frequent in pastures of the center-south region of Brazil. It has a considerable vegetative development and a big competitive ability, dominanting as a forrage grass if it is managed badly. Vulgarization: pennyroyal.
