Objective
Promote discussion and research that contextualize the information technology and innovation in organizations. Allow a multidisciplinary training of the student, through the presentation of concepts and cases that develop the understanding of the evolution and impact of information technology in organizations. Present a comprehensive view about the possibility of competitive advantage through the planning and management of innovation and adoption of disruptive technologies and business models. In addition, to allow discussions about the challenges of implementing information technology and technological innovation in Brazilian organizations, in the different segments of the economy: agriculture, industry and services.

1) Strategic and organizational role of information technology. 2) Dimensions of the use and management of technological resources in organizations. 3) Development of digital business models and digital transformation: stages. 4) Industry 4.0 and the Brazilian context. 5) Research and development and innovation. 6) Cooperation, technology transfer and open innovation. 7) Emerging and disruptive technologies. 8) Collaborative innovation environments: ecosystems.
