Objetivo
O objetivo da disciplina é apresentar as diversas teorias que relacionem indivíduos, organizações e
economia e são difundidas nos estudos organizacionais, tais como: teorias econômicas, economia das
organizações, análises econômicas, economia e mercado e estratégias e organizações.
Na segunda parte do curso, serão apresentadas as diversas teorias que relacionem organizações e os
negócios e são difundidas nos estudos organizacionais, tais como: teorias organizacionais, teoria da
contingência, teoria da ecologia organizacional, teoria da aprendizagem organizacional e cultura
organizacional.

Conteúdo
Evolução das teorias econômicas, Diversas teorias sobre a racionalidade econômica, economia das
organizações, análises econômicas, economia e mercado e estratégias e organizações. Evolução das
teorias organizacionais, teoria da contingência, teoria da ecologia organizacional, teoria da
aprendizagem organizacional e cultura organizacional.
