Definição do que é um “negócio” (conceito SIPOC, Setorização), técnicas de gerenciamento de negócios, elaboração de “plano de negócios” (análise de investimentos, as cinco forças de Porter, organograma funcional, definição de funções), gerenciamento da rotina (gestão de pessoas, procedimentos operacionais, acompanhamento da rotina, auditoria de processos, Cinco S), gestão da Informação (plano de informações – Balanced Score Card, Seis Sigma, agenda, REBSTAT), gestão da qualidade na indústria (ciclo de controle de qualidade e análise da qualidade de produtos agropecuários).
